Designing the Seamless Private Healthcare Journey

Patients no longer experience healthcare as a series of isolated clinical interactions. From booking and referral, through diagnostics and treatment, to discharge and recovery at home, every touchpoint contributes to how patients judge the quality of their care.

As private healthcare providers invest in new technology, new facilities, new models of care and greater capacity, how do we make the entire journey feel seamless?

This panel brings together leaders from hospitals, diagnostics, home healthcare and healthcare infrastructure to explore how Ireland's private healthcare sector can combine clinical excellence, technology, people, physical environments and operational innovation to deliver a genuinely patient-centred experience.
