It's important to recognize private healthcare providers. They play such a significant role in healthcare in Ireland that really complements the public system. And whether it's from acute healthcare to residential to nursing home groups, I think they play a valuable role and they help access to healthcare for people and also do a huge amount of work in innovation and research. It was a great lineup, and you always like to see a bit of competition at an award ceremony and coming in, you didn't really know who was going to win each category. They were so well chosen and the finalists were so strong. It's great to see such a good turnout from the companies that were finalists and winners here tonight as well.

We're absolutely delighted to win the award. It puts smaller healthcare providers on the map, and it gives people awareness of services around the country. It's been a fantastic event!

I think the benefits are absolutely fantastic. It's getting the word out there that we exist, first of all. We have so many clients yet to reach and winning award like this can really put the Axon name out there and let people know what we can do.

I think there are benefits in terms of showcasing what it is we do. In particular, I suppose we are very unique in that it's mental health care that we deliver, and it's an opportunity to talk about the delivery of mental health care and destigmatize that. But there are also benefits in terms of staff morale and having all their hard work recognized as well.

When I saw this award coming in, just in relation to the criteria they used to assess, who they nominated and who won in the end, the level of sponsorship, and judges, I would highly recommend any healthcare company to enter. A very unique award ceremony, and you could really feel that here tonight.

There was stiff competition for places, there were some very high-quality people that we were up against, and everybody deserved to win but we were the lucky ones to win.

Look we were delighted, it was an acknowledgement of all the effort we put in over the course of multiple years.

Well, I think it puts us on the map, and it empowers people to seek healthcare that they may not have known was already available.

We were absolutely delighted to receive the award for all the recognition and hard work that we put in for the people that we support.

As I said before there were such excellent healthcare professionals here tonight and we're just really proud to be able to showcase everything that our team does and we're always trying our best to be better every day for our patients.
