This award recognises excellence in the provision of specialised care and treatment for sports-related injuries in Ireland. It is open to clinics that demonstrate outstanding commitment to patient care, innovative treatment methods, and a dedication to helping athletes of all levels recover and return to peak performance

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

Organisational Overview and Leadership: Briefly outline the organisation's mission, values, and leadership, emphasising achievements and strategic direction in driving innovation and excellence.
Clinical Governance and Compliance: Showcase robust governance and adherence to standards, demonstrating commitment to clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Quality of Care and Patient Outcomes: Present data on care quality, outcomes, satisfaction, and initiatives improving effectiveness and experience.
Patient Safety and Patient-centred Care: Outline proactive safety measures and personalised care initiatives, with evidence of quality improvement projects and patient engagement strategies.
Innovation and Technology Integration: Highlight technology investments, digital solutions, and examples of integration for streamlined operations and enhanced outcomes.
Staff Expertise and Training: Showcase staff qualifications, training programmes, and investments in continuous education to ensure high-quality care delivery and expertise.
