Healthcare Rising Star

This award rewards exceptional talent and dedication among emerging healthcare professionals within the private healthcare sector. This award celebrates individuals with less than five years' experience, whose passion, innovation, and commitment are shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Ireland. The individual can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Career Summary: Provide a concise overview of the nominee's career trajectory within the private healthcare sector, highlighting key roles, responsibilities, and experiences gained during their first five years in this area.
• Key Achievements: Showcase significant accomplishments or milestones. Highlight specific projects, initiatives, or outcomes that demonstrate their impact, leadership, and contributions to improving patient care or operational efficiency
•  Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrate their ability to innovate and take initiative within their role. Please provide concrete examples.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Illustrate their commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the healthcare field. Highlight any additional training, certifications, or educational pursuits undertaken to enhance skills, knowledge, and effectiveness as a healthcare professional.
• Supporting Statements & Testimonials: Include any other supporting statements or facts, including supporting testimonials from colleagues, supervisors that speak to their character, skills, and professional reputation.
