Best Collaboration Project

This award recognises the exemplary collaboration between private healthcare institutions. Entries should demonstrate how the partnership has facilitated advancements in healthcare delivery, patient care, medical education, or healthcare technology. Submissions should highlight tangible outcomes, such as improved patient outcomes, or innovative healthcare solutions developed through collaboration

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Background: Introduce the private healthcare institutions involved and provide an overview of the context that led to the collaboration. Highlight specific healthcare challenges prompting collective action.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Detail the collaborated project or initiative, outlining objectives, scope, and focus areas. Highlight each partner's role and contribution to the initiative's effectiveness.
• Implementation & Innovation: Describe how the collaborative initiative was implemented, emphasising innovative approaches used to address healthcare challenges. Showcase the use of innovative technologies, processes, or strategies to enhance healthcare delivery and patient care.
• Challenges: Discuss challenges faced during the initiative's planning, implementation, or execution. Highlight strategies or adaptations made to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
• Performance: Evaluate the initiative's performance against predefined goals. Present data demonstrating its effectiveness in addressing healthcare challenges and achieving desired outcomes.
