RxSense opens Dublin office to expand private healthcare technology
RxSense, a US healthcare technology company delivering pharmacy benefits solutions, has opened its European office in Dublin. The expansion supports the growth and scale of the company’s US operations while embedding European expertise in its product and engineering teams.
Over the next two years, RxSense plans to hire 75 full-time engineering and product roles in Dublin. These roles will be central to the company’s mission to make prescription medicines more affordable, addressing a US market where 1 in 5 adults have not filled prescriptions due to cost.
The company is transforming pharmacy benefits through cloud-based technology platforms that deliver transparency and efficiency. The new Dublin centre will support the development of the next generation of RxSense products, advancing AI innovation and strengthening collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams.
Rick Bates, CEO of RxSense, said Ireland has a well-earned reputation for technological excellence, and many US companies have achieved significant success there. He added that the company wants to build a team aligned with its culture and mission, working collaboratively in a high-performing environment, noting that Dublin is “talent-dense, innovation-driven and culturally in sync with our US roots.”
The Dublin office will serve as a strategic hub for European operations, integrating local talent into RxSense’s broader network to improve pharmacy benefit solutions for providers and patients.
The expansion positions the company to scale its AI-driven tools and digital health innovations internationally.
