Private investors snap up medical centres in Ireland

Private Irish investors have acquired four medical centres from France’s MNK Partners for €4.75 million, delivering a 36 percent return for the seller. The properties, leased to tenants including Centric Health, span Dublin, Kildare, and Clare, and offer an average lease term of nearly 12 years with a net initial yield of 6.9 percent. The strong demand highlights continued investor appetite for secure, income-producing healthcare assets, underpinned by stable tenants and long leases.
