Pall Mall Medical expands regional presence through Midlands acquisition

Pall Mall Medical, a UK-based provider of privately operated medical and surgical services, has expanded its national footprint following the acquisition of Kat & Co Healthcare Ltd. The transaction extends the group’s presence into the Midlands, strengthening its position within one of England’s most established clinical districts.

Coverage by Insider Media noted that the acquisition was supported by Castle Square Corporate Finance, which advised Pall Mall Medical throughout the deal process. Kat & Co Healthcare, founded by plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon CC Kat, has built a strong reputation and client base within Birmingham’s Edgbaston Medical Quarter, a recognised hub for specialist care and consultancy-led services.

Pall Mall Medical already operates across Greater Manchester, Merseyside and West Yorkshire. With this acquisition, the group continues a growth strategy that has seen it evolve from a single private GP clinic into a multi-site healthcare provider operating five clinics and two surgical hospitals across the UK.
