Davion Healthcare has admitted a £30 million (€35 million) senior secured bond, issued through its financing subsidiary Davion Healthcare Finance Ltd, to trading on the Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange. The listing gives the group a dedicated capital source to pursue acquisitions across the healthcare sector.

The five-year bond, which commenced in August 2026, carries a fixed annual coupon of 10.5 percent. Proceeds will be deployed on an acquisition-by-acquisition basis through the finance subsidiary, with security granted over the assets acquired using those proceeds.

Davion is targeting opportunities across medical devices, diagnostics, medical distribution, healthcare technology and healthcare services, with a focus on established, cash-generative businesses that can contribute earnings to the group and provide a platform for further growth.

"The admission of our £30 million bond to the Vienna MTF gives Davion the capital to pursue the acquisition opportunities we are already evaluating across the healthcare sector," said Jack Kaye, chief executive of Davion Healthcare Plc. "We are looking for established, cash-generative businesses that can contribute earnings to the Group from day one, while adding products, customers and distribution capabilities. We have a number of opportunities under review and will remain disciplined about what we acquire and the price we pay."

"Our ambition is to build a larger and more diversified international healthcare business, combining our own products with established operating businesses and distribution networks," Kaye added. "This financing gives us the capacity to accelerate that process."

Davion describes itself as a company built on a capital-light, licensing-led model, developing non-invasive home health tests and partnering with manufacturers and distributors to scale its detection technologies globally. The bond adds a dedicated acquisition-finance route alongside that existing model, with security ring-fenced to each transaction rather than the group's wider balance sheet.

The structural driver behind the listing is Davion's push to build owned distribution infrastructure in established medical device markets, an approach analysts have noted gives smaller healthcare groups faster access to local expertise and provider relationships than organic market entry.

For the sector, the bond signals continued investor appetite for structured, asset-secured financing as smaller healthcare groups compete for acquisition targets against larger consolidators.
