AC Health secures strategic backing to scale Philippine healthcare network

AC Health, the healthcare arm of Ayala Corporation, has acquired a 16% stake in Singapore-based investment firm ABC Impact, marking the latter’s first direct move into the Philippine healthcare sector. The deal underpins AC Health’s expansion ambitions across hospitals, multi-specialty clinics and retail pharmacies, funded through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions.

With plans to reach 10 hospitals, 300 clinics and 1,150 pharmacies by 2027, the partnership provides both capital support and private equity expertise to navigate future growth and complex capital structures. The move highlights rising investor appetite for healthcare infrastructure in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing markets.
