ABM named Gold Sponsor of Private Healthcare Awards 2026
ABM has been confirmed as Gold Sponsor of the Private Healthcare Awards 2026, backing a programme that places the achievements of Ireland's private healthcare community front and centre.
Part of ABM (NYSE: ABM), a global operator with over 100,000 team members and more than $8 billion in annual revenue, ABM delivers integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions across sectors including commercial real estate, aviation, mission critical, and manufacturing.
In a healthcare environment where clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities are inseparable from patient outcomes, ABM's capacity to create and sustain high-performance spaces carries direct relevance to the operational demands of Ireland's private healthcare providers. The sponsorship reflects that alignment and ABM's broader commitment to the sectors it serves across Ireland.
ABM joins Medica as Gold Sponsor of the Private Healthcare Awards 2026, alongside Title Sponsor Medforce, supporter Amárach Research, and The Irish Times as Communications Partner. This reflects a strong cross-sector support for a programme dedicated to recognising excellence in private healthcare delivery.
The Private Healthcare Awards celebrates achievement across 29 categories, spanning the full breadth of Ireland's private healthcare landscape.
From Private Hospital of the Year and Excellence in Patient Care to Innovation of the Year, Best Use of Technology, and the Green Healthcare Achievement Award, the programme evaluates the individuals, clinics, facilities, and organisations driving measurable improvement in health outcomes and patient experience.
Entries are assessed by an independent judging panel drawn from academia, business, and related fields, with shortlisted entrants gaining national profiles.
In particular, the 2026 judging panel includes Karen Charnley, CEO of the All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care; Claudia McGloin, regenerative medicine specialist and international speaker; Caroline Moran, Managing Director of Hibernian Healthcare at Home; Declan O'Callaghan, former Medical Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Wyeth, and Pfizer; Brid Seoighe, Medical Director at Johnson & Johnson Ireland; and John Sweeney, CEO of Health Care Informed.
Entries are evaluated through a structured multi-round process in which judges score shortlisted submissions against a predetermined set of criteria, with submissions treated with full confidentiality throughout. The entry deadline is 3 July 2026.
