This award recognises the design, functionality, services, and overall impact of a healthcare facility. Entries should showcase exceptional standards in patient care, innovation in medical services, state-of-the-art technology implementation, and efficient operations.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

Healthcare Facility Overview: Provide a brief outline of the facility, including design, size, location, and services offered. Highlight key features contributing to its effectiveness
Patient Care Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional care standards, emphasising quality, experience, and satisfaction. Provide evidence of patient-centred practices and initiatives improving outcomes.
Innovation in Medical Services: Showcase innovative medical services, highlighting advancements in treatments, procedures, or delivery models and their impact on care quality.
State-of-the-Art Technology: Highlight advanced technology implementation, showcasing innovations improving delivery, diagnosis, and patient experience.
Efficient Operations & Environmental Sustainability: Showcase operational efficiency practices, minimising waste and optimising workflows. Discuss initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and minimising environmental impact
Impact and Recognition: Describe the facility's impact on care quality and community health. Highlight awards received and initiatives addressing patient feedback for enhanced experience.
