This award recognises insurance brokers who demonstrate exceptional skill and innovation in negotiating and securing healthcare programmes that meet the specific needs and challenges of their corporate clients.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Background: Describe the specific objective(s) of the corporate healthcare programme. What problem(s) or challenge(s) prompted the need for this innovation?
- Client-Centric Solutions: Provide evidence of tailoring healthcare programmes to meet the specific needs and challenges of each corporate client, showcasing a deep understanding of client requirements.
- Comprehensive Coverage: Provide a summary of programme offered showcasing a wide range of healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, mental health, and wellness services, ensuring comprehensive coverage for employees.
- Implementation & Innovation: Provide evidence of promoting employee wellbeing through innovative programmes or initiatives, such as wellness challenges, mental health support, or access to digital health platforms.
- Challenges: Identify and address the key challenges encountered during the development and execution of the corporate healthcare programme. How were these challenges overcome, and what lessons were learned in the process?
