This award recognises a product or technology developed by a solutions provider that demonstrates exceptional value and tangible benefits to hospitals and patient lives. Example of this may include, but are not limited to, medical device innovations, health information technology, patient safety, support systems, and inventory management.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Product Description: Concisely outline the product or technology, emphasising its key features, functionalities, and intended healthcare applications. Include any regulatory certifications, demonstrating adherence to industry standards.
  • Innovative Features: Highlight unique functionalities, design elements, UX enhancements, or technological advancements that set the product apart from competitors in the market.
  • Value Proposition: Summarise the product's overall value proposition, focusing on its cost-effectiveness, potential ROI, and adaptability to various healthcare settings. Emphasise specific benefits that make it a compelling choice.
  • Market Impact and Adoption: Discuss the product's impact and adoption in the healthcare industry, noting significant partnerships or endorsements that validate its value proposition and widespread acceptance.
  • Patient Outcomes and Safety: Present evidence of the product's contribution to improving patient outcomes and safety in healthcare settings. Include data or case studies demonstrating enhancements in clinical outcomes, reduced errors, or increased patient satisfaction.
  • Success Stories / Testimonials: Share real-world success stories or testimonials highlighting the product's tangible benefits for hospitals and patients. Include feedback from healthcare professionals, administrators, or patients who have firsthand experience with the product.
